With design features to emulate a country getaway, but the sights and sounds of Santa Monica close by, this estate provides the best of both worlds to its lucky guests – in addition to several elegantly designed entertainment spaces, a stylish dining room, and a kitchen complete with a huge marble island.

An open concept family space, as well as oak wood floors and vaulted ceiling throughout, provides a homely feel while retaining that grand atmosphere. A two-car garage and dedicated laundry room are included, as is a large outdoor kitchen stocked with all the necessities for outdoor entertainment, from pizza ovens to a seating pit and BBQ. A heated pool, spa, and side yard further add to the property’s outdoor appeal.

The secondary garage on the property has been transformed into a luxurious 11-seat movie theatre, entirely detached from the main living space. With a Smart Home System that controls almost every electronic aspect, this property is both futuristic and classic in equal measure. The ideal fit for entertainment, screen parties, or simply a relaxing getaway with extended family.

UNIQ LA policy

UNIQ is dedicated to providing our clients and their guests with the best luxury villa rental experiences in the Los Angeles region. With this in mind, we believe that it is important to remind clients of the rules related to the rental and use of our properties:

1) Occupancy

UNIQ properties are not hotels. We offer a truly luxury experience for vacations, meetings, and retreats. We do not offer one- or two-night stays in our villas. With every property, no matter the location or size, we require consecutive-day, three-night minimum occupancy.

2) Gatherings

Although our team at UNIQ wants every client to have positive, memorable experiences in our luxury villa rental properties, we currently do not permit any type of large group gatherings. Event violations include private and public parties and corporate conferences.

We expect strict adherence to this rule by clients for damage, liability, noise, and safety reasons. Social distancing during the pandemic is another consideration.

Any client found to have violated this policy will be asked to immediately vacate the premises with their guests. When we must cancel a client's stay, we do not issue any type of refund for prepaid days or services.
