UNIQ is dedicated to providing our clients and their guests with the best luxury villa rental experiences in the Los Angeles region. With this in mind, we believe that it is important to remind clients of the rules related to the rental and use of our properties:
UNIQ properties are not hotels. We offer a truly luxury experience for vacations, meetings, and retreats. We do not offer one- or two-night stays in our villas. With every property, no matter the location or size, we require consecutive-day, three-night minimum occupancy.
Although our team at UNIQ wants every client to have positive, memorable experiences in our luxury villa rental properties, we currently do not permit any type of large group gatherings. Event violations include private and public parties and corporate conferences.
We expect strict adherence to this rule by clients for damage, liability, noise, and safety reasons. Social distancing during the pandemic is another consideration.
Any client found to have violated this policy will be asked to immediately vacate the premises with their guests. When we must cancel a client's stay, we do not issue any type of refund for prepaid days or services.
